  5. <X>modem:             This is the original Xmodem developed.  Use this only
  6.                       if you do not have any one of the other protocols. 
  7.                       It will automatically determine if you are using CRC 
  8.                       or not.   XMODEM IS THE WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE!

  10. <Y>modem CRC          This is Chuck Forsberg's Ymodem protocol, this is
  11.                       much faster than Xmodem and provides CRC error 
  12.                       correction scheme.  Ymodem and Zmodem transfer all the
  13.                       file header, date, and size information perfectly
  14.                       intact.

  16. <Z>modem              This protocol is provided by Chuck Forsberg of
  17.                       Omen Technologies in Portland, Oregon. Zmodem is
  18.                       an inspiration to file transfer authors everywhere.
  19.                       ZMODEM is a highly intelligent system and is
  20.                       highly recommended here.
